We are now offering a lease program

 

Four Winds Farm offers the opportunity to have all the joys of riding and working with horses without the obligations that horse ownership entails.

Members of our lease program get to enjoy riding our carefully selected horses on a month to month lease basis for a monthly fee with no hidden charges! We take care of all the upkeep, care and feeding, veterinary expenses, worming and shoeing. All tack is included.  All you have to do is enjoy the ride!

·        Take advantage of our facilities, and have fun with our wonderful group of boarders, students and lessees.

 

Four Winds Farm’s “Lease Program” is now

accepting new lessees for  2009.

 

Pick which lease option best suits your riding needs. We offer two types of lease options. Lease options can include group riding lessons at discount prices every week with one of our qualified riding instructors and “practice rides” each week. Leases can also include joining us at the local shows, group trail rides, judged pleasure rides, clinics, etc.  With our flexible barn hours we can accommodate just about any busy schedule. We specialize in hunter, jumper, english and western pleasure horses. Beginners and people new to the sport, through experienced riders are all welcome! We even have Lead Line classes for the little ones! All tack is provided. All you need to bring is an approved helmet and boots (with a heel).    Enjoy the use of our lighted sand indoor ring, lighted bluestone/grass outdoor ring, round pen, and open fields to hack in.  Whatever your pleasure we are sure to have a horse or pony to suit your needs!

 

Lease Options and Rates:

                                    We have two different lease options to offer.

1.     Basic Half Lease package: Consists of one group lesson at a discount rate, with other students who ride at the same ability level, each week. And two “practice rides” each week. $350.00 Monthly

2.     Full Lease Option: Consists of one group lesson, with other students who ride at the same ability level, each week. And exclusive riding privileges on the other days. $550.00 Monthly

 

Some of the horses and ponies in our Lease Program are also offered for sale. If you would like to lease a horse/pony for a month or two to make sure it is the right match before purchasing it, you are welcome to!

 

Procedures: 

Give us a call to schedule an evaluation ride. For a small fee, we will evaluate your riding abilities and be able to place you into the correct level for your lessons.  Once you have picked your Lease Option we will help you choose the right match that will suit your needs. One of our instructors will be available to talk to you about the different lessons scheduled on different days and times and you can pick which one best fits your schedule.

If you would like more “practice rides” than your lease option includes you can schedule them a week in advance for $30.00 each. You can also sign up for additional lessons each week at your own expense
